West Baltimore native Minyanna Farmer leverages nearly 20 years of sales, relationship marketing, and team-building expertise to drive her real estate development vision. She has a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and cultivating high-value customer relationships. 

As founder of Real Estate Farmers LLC, she is dedicated to developing affordable single- and multi-family housing solutions in Baltimore City, fostering community growth. By developing shared spaces and collaborative opportunities, she translates her commitment to community engagement into tangible support for local businesses in her industry.

Minyanna's entrepreneurial success includes co-owning Charm City Bartending Academy, where she plays a pivotal role in training and empowering aspiring bartenders. Previously, she owned Authentic Bartending School of MD, where she developed comprehensive training programs that equipped students with essential skills for the hospitality industry.   

She is also a founding member of WCRED (Women’s Consortium of Real Estate Developers)—a collective formed by women passionate about real estate development. Through their participation in a local emerging real estate developer program, they leveraged their diverse backgrounds and expertise to establish a real estate development co-op aimed at revitalizing Baltimore communities through strategic real estate development.
